培养措施:
      帮助学生制定成才计划：以学生为本，开设《大学生学业生涯规划》等课程，根据学生兴趣、爱好、特长等帮助学生制定详细的成才计划。
      建立大学生创新实践基地：学院电工电子基础教学实验中心、电子信息技术专业实验中心；计算机实验中心在满足正常教学、科研需要的同时，向全体学生免费提供各种实验器材，学生可在实验室进行自主学习，提高学生实践动手能力。
      构建多重教学评估体系 ：构建学生评教、同行评价、领导听课和督导组评估的教学质量监控体系，保证学院教学、育人质量。
      开展国际化办学 ：与印度、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚和新西兰等国家的多所高校建立了交流和合作关系，以“4+1”和“4+2”（4年国内本科+1～2年国外硕士）等合作办学方式，为学生提供出国深造、工作的机会。
      建立实习实训基地：学院把新闻中心、学院广播站、锦江学院报报社等作为学生校内实习基地，并与中国电信、中国移动等众多公司进行校企合作，建立校外实习实训基地，培养学生的动手能力，提高学生就业竞争力。
      打造全方位就业体系:
       ●精选优势专业：根据未来社会经济发展对人才的需求，我院不断调整专业方向，加强学科建设。目前我院开设的 23个专业均是从四川大学100多个本科专业中精心选择的，具有学科优势明显、市场需求量大的特点。
       ●加大教改力度：我院狠抓教学质量，严肃考风考纪，围绕学生培养深化教学改革。课堂教学方面，变填鸭式教学为互动式教学，激发学生兴趣；课程改革方面，从教学计划的制订到教学方案和教学内容的改革都瞄准对学生实际动手能力的培养，尤其是众多专业实验室全面开放，学生可以开展自主型、创新型、设计性实验，大大激发了学生学习的主动性和积极性；课程方面，我院开设的《大学学业与职业规划》等课程，帮助学生学习规划大学期间的学习和将来的职业，提升学生将来职场生涯过程中的职业能力。
       ●实施因材施教：在对学生就业意向深入调查的情况下，有的放矢地为学生进行分类培养，并为学生提供不同服务。比如我院大力实施的国际化办学，为打算出国深造的学生提供机会；为毕业后即参加工作的学生尽量创造实习、与就业相关的技能培养的机会等。
       ●强化就业教育：开设《大学生职业生涯规划》等课程，邀请企业家开设创业讲座，开展就业形势研讨会等；我院设有就业指导服务中心，面对面为学生进行就业心态、职业能力、就业技巧等方面的指导。

Teaching and Education
    Curriculum Catering to Learning Effectiveness: Freshmen and sophomores are to finish required and elective general education and principles courses in each field; juniors and seniors take field courses, finish theses, and do internships; starting the junior year, students can choose among programs that cater to their different needs and potentials to maximize their learning effectiveness and to best prepare them for their career plans;

    An Integrated Education Plan: At Jinjiang College, education includes teaching, in and outside of the classroom, and by the coordinated involvement of professors, teaching assistants, and the staff, not only how to be a good student but, more importantly, how to be a contributing member of the society with strong abilities and skills;

    Spearheading Education Reforms: The College was among the first to teach the course of “Career and College Planning,” to reform the courses of “Language and Literature” and “Applied Writings,” to offer elective cross-disciplinary courses, and to establish various training and practice centers;

    A Highly Professional and Devoted Faculty: New members to join the faculty must meet high standards, go through a strict screening process, and pass the interview at the final stage by the top administration; 60% of the faculty to teach hold at least associate professorship; the faculty are devoted, professional, and role models who are deeply appreciated by the students.
